- To respond to your inquiry and provide the information, quotes or availability you request — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you tick the consent box on our form.
- To manage our commercial relationship if you become a member — legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To comply with our legal obligations (tax, accounting) — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
4. Data retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:
- Inquiries that do not become a commercial relationship: up to 12 months from the last interaction, then deleted.
- Member data: throughout the duration of the contract and the legal retention periods that follow.
- You may request earlier deletion at any time (see section 7).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share it with the following categories of processors, who are contractually bound to protect it:
- Our hosting provider (Hostingpalvelu, Finland — EU/EEA)
- Our email and productivity provider (Microsoft 365 — EU/EEA)
- Our coworking management platform, where applicable (OfficeRnD — EU/UK)
We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area unless adequate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses).
